Good Will Reigns at Bay Path’s Annual Holiday & Employee Recognition Party

There was much merriment at Bay Path’s Annual Holiday & Employee Recognition Party held on Tuesday, December 20.  Over 200 faculty and staff were in attendance to celebrate their colleagues and to show communal support for our annual charity selection:  Tapestry Health.

Over $1,000 was raised for Tapestry Health, as well as a number of much-needed items from Tapestry’s holiday list.  Founded over 45 years ago, Tapestry Health has grown over the last four decades to be a leading expert in critical public health issues that impact our community. They provide services to almost 20,000 Western Massachusetts residents each year. Today, their services include sexual and reproductive healthcare, food access and family nutrition, and harm reduction, among others.  If you would like to donate, please use this link.

Another highlight is the annual employee recognition. In 2022, we broke a record!  There were 122 employees saluted representing a total number of 955 years of service.  From five years to 45 years, faculty and staff recipients came from every department on campus.

The event is also a prequel to the holiday closing of campus.  Beginning Friday, December 23 until January, 2, 2023, all offices will be closed at all the campuses.  Have a happy and safe holiday!
