The Bolton Public Library is proud to host Brian Lisse, MD, in person on Tuesday 10/11 at 7 p.m. He will speak about his personal experiences addressing the needs of Ukrainian refugees at the border with Poland.
A retired emergency medicine specialist, Dr. Lisse is well-known in this area for founding Bridges to Malawi, an organization dedicated to the eradication of malaria in that nation. He has led several medical aid trips to Malawi that included Nashoba EMT cadets. More recently, Dr. Lisse has volunteered his services at the border of Ukraine and Poland, providing humanitarian and medical assistance.
The community is invited to hear Dr. Lisse's talk and stay for Q and A. Location is the Program Room at Bolton Public Library, 738 Main St.
