Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Empire Beauty School-Framingham

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at Empire Beauty School-Framingham, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Massachusetts students paid $13,600 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 17 students received grants or scholarships totaling $78,570 and 21 students took out student loans totaling more than $154,827.

Including all undergraduates (46), 43 students used grants or scholarships totaling $170,177, and 43 students took out $323,800 in federal student loans.
