Right Coast Brands, LLC, located in Framingham, was inspected by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Feb. 5 over concerns related to foodborne biological hazards, according to information posted on the FDA’s website.
The final report found that Right Coast Brands, LLC did not need to make any modifications to its management operations.
The FDA conducts inspections at sites nationwide to verify that facilities and their products follow all laws and regulations enforced by the agency to protect public health. Outcomes of such inspections are regularly shared with the public.
The FDA’s website states the agency is primarily charged with overseeing the manufacture and distribution of human and animal drugs, biological substances, medical devices and tobacco-related goods to ensure quality and safety.
